Installation Construction Scheme

1.Checking for the Basic Channels Channels (The Vertical Tolerance and Horizontal Tolerance should be both within 3mm)

2.Clear the surface, only basic construction is enough, no need painting the concrete surface.

3.Do the waterproof treatment (Epoxy Resin) on the surface of concrete. After the waterproof layer is done, wait for it till it becomes totally dry.

4. After drying waterproof, lift the panel to the channel. if the bottom of the channel is not flat, Put Acrylic Leveling Cube in the slot before acrylic panel, then pour the concrete to fix it.

5. Clear the circle and brush the surface with alcohol, then glue with silicone.
