2. The company will implement the inspection and maintenance of equipment during the warranty period in accordance with the provisions set by the client.

3. During the warranty period:

– The company will repair all defects and defects of the works within 01 (one) day from the receipt of the notice of the customer without any additional payment.

– If the company fails to perform the warranty within the above time limit, the customer will hire a third party for warranty. All expenses incurred by this third party are paid by the company or the customer deducts from the company’s retained earnings.

– In addition, the company must also be responsible for performing repair work for other causes as required. Based on the actual workload, the customer will agree with the company on the reasonable cost of paying for the repair work.
