Preface

TCVN 4260: 2012 replaces TCVN 4260 : 1986.

TCVN 4260: 2012 is converted from TCXDVN 288: 2004 in accordance with the provisions of Clause 1, Article 69 of the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations and Point b) Clause 1, Article 7 of Decree No. 127/2007 / ND-CP dated August 1, / 2007 C theater nh government regulations detailing the implementation of some articles of the Law on standards and technical regulations.

  1. Scope of application

This standard applies to the design and development of swimming pools, including: swimming pools and water sports, jet pool, swimming pool, pool and mixed pool.

  1. General provisions

3.1. Swimming pools are classified according to functional use including:

3.1.1. Used to play pool (called t must surely be playing pool) there are 2 types:

  1. Requirements of construction land and total area

4.1. The pool area must:

– Being located in the approved planning area, having enough land for construction and development orientation for the future;

– High drainage , easy drainage , convenient transportation for people to watch, play, learn, train and escape safely;

– Convenient for power supply, water supply, communication.

4.2. The minimum sanitary distance from the pool to the isolation objects is in accordance with the relevant regulations [1] as set out in Table 2.

4.3. In the area for building swimming pools, the green area shall not be less than 30% of the land area. When the layout of trees need attention to avoid falling into the pool and leaves the selection of trees at deciduous trees without plastic e ộc.

4.4. For swimming pools built in the park, the area of ​​green trees is not limited and not included in the land area for construction.

– Elevation of the surface from 0.5 m to 0.75 m from the water surface;

5.2. Bridge jumper
